Bayrampasa is a city on the European side of Istanbul, where the population of workers has developed rapidly in the last two decades is intensive. BAYRAMPASHA, ADMINISTRATIVE STATUS
While our district is connected to the district of Eyup, it was established as the 20.05.1990 dated 20523 and published in the Official Gazette dated 09.05.1990 and 3644 numbered law in the 25th district of Istanbul province was established.1, On 20.07.1990, the district organization was established with the actual start of the district Kaymakam. The National Education Directorate, Health Group Directorate, Youth Sports District Directorate and Mufti service buildings serve in different neighborhoods of our district. bajrampasa Tax Office Directorate serves in Halicoglu borders in Zeytinburnu district and Bayrampasa Military Branch Presidency in Beyoglu County. Since there is no Courthouse Organization in our district, Forensic Services are carried out in the Eyup Court.Bajrampasa Municipality: 19.08.1990 As a result of the Local Government elections, Bajrampasa Municipality and the Municipal Council elections, an independent municipality was established and started to act as a de facto. Bayrampasa Municipality Service Building is located at the intersection of Abdi Ipekci Street and Numunebag Street and continues its works in the new service building that entered service on June 17, 2000. There are 1 State in our district and 4 private hospitals in total 5 hospitals.

The total bed capacity of these hospitals is 250’.There are 3 Health Centers, 2 Main Children’s Health and Family Planning Centers, 1 Verem War Dispensers depending on our Health Group Presidency. Again, 1 SSK district polyclinic and SSK dispensary is serving in our district. There are also 12 private outpatient clinics. Kartaltepe Mahallesi Old Edirne Asphalt No: 85’de serves in a 2-story building. The 1st floor is used as Central Health Center, 2nd floor Health Group Presidency. As a result of the generalization of the people living in our district, the literacy rate is estimated to be 95.

IMPORTANT FACILITIES IN THE DISTRICT ISTANBUL GRAND BUS STATION
