Bigadic is a district of Balikesir Province of Marmara Region, located in the southeast of Balikesir province, Bigadic is surrounded by Kepsut in the north, Sindirgi in the south, Merkez in the west and Dursunbey in the east. Since Bigadic is located in the Southern Marmara Region, it shows continental climate characteristics. In terms of precipitation, the Mediterranean has continental climate characteristics in terms of temperature, the average annual rainfall is 650.8 mm. Summers are hot and dry, the autumn period is long and warm, and the winter period is snowy from time to time. Although there is not much forest in the center and its surroundings, the southeastern parts of the district and especially Ulus Mountain are covered with the aforementioned pine forests.
