
Altinyayla district is 125 km from Burdur, 120 km from Denizli, 150 km from Antalya, 90 km from Fethiye and there is no problem with transportation.
Buses go to Burdur, Denizli, Antalya and Fethiye every day from our district. From our district, areas such as Antalya – Fethiye, the centers of tourism, can be reached in a short time.
Geographical Location: Our district is in the southwest of Burdur province. The distance to the city center is 125 km. Gölhisar is adjacent to the districts of Çavdır (Kozagaci and Kızıllar villages) (Pırnaz, İbecik, Asmalı, Evciler, Karapınar and Hisaradı villages) and Muğla-Fethiye (Çobanisa, Karaçulha Town, Çamköy Town, Gökben, Eldirek, Yayla Patlangıç Mah. Ören and Paşalı villages). The altitude of the district center is 1250 m. The district is on the Fethiye – Denizli highway.

The motifs used in the above weaving products are exactly similar to the motifs used by the Central Asian Turkmen tribes.
The dyestuffs used in the ropes consist of approximately 1/5 of some stabilizers and 4/5 of root dyes and derivatives produced in completely natural environments.
